Curriculum planning
Centred on children, we implement comprehensive curriculum and train independent learning ability to help develop a good learning attitude and character.
We will follow the "Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide" (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.
Learning / Teaching approach and activities
1. Project Approach – To stimulate children to explore voluntarily and build up knowledge through the process of observation, discussion and exploration; 2. Montessori Method – To train mathematical and logical thinking, and develop reading and writing skills and self-care ability; 3. Fun With English – To arouse children’s interest in learning English, and articulate listening and pronunciation skills; 4. Life education – Concerning individual child’s needs and development, we foster positive and optimistic values through manifesting the Love of Jesus Christ.
