Curriculum planning
The school develops a child-centered curriculum according to children's physical and mental development, which caters to their interest in learning. It covers a variation of areas of learning and is designed to enrich children's life experience and lay for them a foundation of learning.
We will follow the "Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide" (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.
Learning / Teaching approach and activities
We introduce activity- and theme-based teaching approaches which coordinate with each other. We teach children in groups and organize a variety of activities such as games, storytelling, experiments and visits, through which children can gain firsthand experiences and knowledge.
Assessment of children’s learning experiences
Continuous observation, recording and analysis of children's learning achievements through assessment reports and children's growth logbooks to understand and improve their physical and mental development.
